Shipping Policy of Gozoz :
Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Same Day Delivery: We understand the importance of getting your food and groceries, e-commerce products on time. That's why we offer same-day delivery services for all orders placed on sellers’ availability. The Average Delivery Time : 10 Minutes to 60 Minutes from the time of order conformation for all category.
2. Delivery Fees: We charge a nominal delivery fee of up to 10 INR per KM for all orders. This fee may vary depending on the distance of your location from our store. The delivery fee will be added to your order total and will be displayed at the time of checkout.
3. Refund Policy
3.A)Refund Policy : We offer refund with valid reason on food orders with in 1 hour from the time of delivery, if the reason found valid as mentioned on refund policy page. And We Offer refund for Grocery and E-Commerce product within 2 hour of delivery, if the reason found valid.
3.B) No Refund Policy:
3) B-1. If the customer / user raising any disipute and it's not valid - there is No refund will be provided.
3) B-2. For Parcel Delivery - The user / customer has the full response to pack their items well and we will not give any material for make the parcel. And the package should be less than 3 KG Only. If it's not packed well with any terable or fragle items we are not responsible for the damage.
Items Allowed on Parcel : Essential items like Packed and sealed food items, gifts, documents, keys. "No flamable item's allowed / No money packages allowed".
4. Delivery Timings: We deliver from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 AM and 10:00 PM. We do not offer delivery services on Sundays and public holidays.
5. Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery services in selected areas of the city (Presently on Namakkal, Tamilnadu). Please check our website or app for the list of areas we cover.
6. Delivery Partners: We have partnered with some of the best delivery partners (Full time & Part time) in the industry to ensure timely and safe delivery of your food and grocery, parcel items.
